Kaftans & Abayas, Made to Order
If you’re a boutique, a designer, or a growing label looking for a kaftan and abaya manufacturer, this is what working with us looks like.
We produce women’s kaftans and abayas in crepe, satin, cotton, silk, and georgette, with hand and machine embroidery, sequin work, and digital or screen printing available on any style. Crepe is our most requested fabric for this category — it drapes well, travels well, and holds up across a wide range of climates — while cotton and silk are popular choices where breathability or a lighter hand is preferred. Every style is graded across a full size range from our own measurement charts, with seam allowance, ease, and fabric shrinkage accounted for from the first sample.
Hand embroidery gives the most intricate, couture-level detail; machine embroidery is faster and more consistent for larger production runs. We can quote either depending on the design and your timeline.
Minimums for this category
A plain production run starts at 50 pieces per style. Embroidered pieces — which is most kaftans and abayas — start at just 30 pieces per style, and hand embroidery alone starts at 20. Minimums are counted per style, not per order, so a run can be split across sizes and colourways. First samples take 7–10 days; production typically runs 4–6 weeks for embroidered pieces once the sample is approved and fabric is confirmed.

From sketch to shipment
We work from your sketch, reference photos, or an existing sample — sampling and iterating until the fit and embroidery are right, then moving to bulk. Pattern making, cutting, embroidery, printing, and finishing all happen in-house, so there’s one point of contact throughout, not a chain of subcontractors. Finished orders ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL.
